Thank you to our dear customers and supporters who have reached out to us regarding a circulated post from one Mr. Naim Abdool regarding his experience while refueling at our establishment on Sunday night. We have reached out to Mr.Abdool for additional information approximately 2 hours after his initial post. However, we have not received a response up until this post even though he is actively responding to comments to his posted statement.
Nevertheless, we cannot speak to the accuracy of how much fuel Mr. Abdool lost; whether it be a sprinkle, splash or pour; but our footage does not show evidence of spillage especially if one litre of Super cost $6.97 and he only ran $7.00. Our footage also indicates that his interaction with our staff (vice versa) was very a cordial and respectful. The alleged infraction by our staff for having his phone in his hand while at the pump was addressed. Further, we are aware of the dynamics of our team and have staff still employed with us since opening just over one year now. As with any business, turnover is expected until we acquire team players who are capable and willing to exert the high calibre of customer service and respect that our customers deserve.
Given the non response of Mr. Abdool and the numerous calls from our patrons on his post, we would like to share our unedited findings for you to form your own opinion. We believe in transparency and honesty and wish to uphold standards we would want for ourselves.
