Firmamız, 1987 senesinde merhum Mehmet Sazcılar tarafından Bursa'da kurulmuştur. Önceleri Gençosman'da küçük bir atölyede, sonraları da Hamitler'de küçük bir fabrikada üretim ve hizmetlerimiz devam etmiştir. Bugüne geldiğimizde ise, Türkiye'de 3 ayrı şehirde mevcut fabrikalarımızla ve destek tesislerimizle, sürekli gelişim içerisinde çalışmalarımıza devam etmekteyiz.

Thermoliz, kompozit malzemelerin geri dönüştürülemeyeceği algısını kırarak geri dönüştürülmüş karbon fiberden tamamen geri dönüştürülebilir ürünler geliştiriyor. ISO 14067 sertifikalı süreç sayesinde karbon emisyonu, ham elyaf üretimine göre %80’e varan oranda azalıyor.

Bir ton yeni karbon elyaf üretimi 20–40 ton CO₂ emisyonu oluştururken, geri dönüştürülmüş karbon fiber çok daha düşük emisyonla sürdürülebilir üretime katkı sağlıyor.

Thermoliz is challenging the perception that composite materials cannot be recycled by developing fully recyclable products made from recycled carbon fiber. Thanks to its ISO 14067–certified process, carbon emissions are reduced by up to 80% compared to virgin fiber production.

While producing one ton of new carbon fiber typically generates 20–40 tons of CO₂ emissions, recycled carbon fiber contributes to more sustainable production with significantly lower emissions.

The engine hoods for this powerful machine are manufactured by Sazcılar. With a production approach that combines strength, lightness, and quality standards, Sazcılar and Hidromek work together in a collaboration that complements the performance of the HMK 600 MG.

Regen Fiber, rüzgar türbini kanatlarını tamamen mekanik bir süreçle geri dönüştürerek sektördeki kritik bir ihtiyacı çözüyor. Kanatları parçalayarak bileşenlerini inşaat malzemelerine dönüştürüyor; böylece çöp sahası ve yakmanın önüne geçiyor.

Fairfax tesisi, tam kapasitede yılda 30.000 tonun üzerinde rüzgar türbini kanadı işleme kapasitesine sahiptir. Regen Fiber, Iowa ve Teksas dahil olmak üzere ülke genelindeki stratejik ortaklıklarıyla operasyonel erişimini genişletmekte; geri dönüştürülmüş malzemeleri beton ve asfalt uygulamalarında kullanarak dayanım ve çevresel direnç performansını artırmaktadır. Bu yaklaşım, sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerini desteklerken inşaat sektöründe karbon ayak izinin azaltılmasına ve döngüsel ekonominin güçlenmesine katkı sağlar.

Regen Fiber solves a critical industry need by fully recycling wind turbine blades through a purely mechanical process. By breaking down the blades and converting their components into construction materials, it prevents landfilling and incineration.

The Fairfax facility has the capacity to process over 30,000 tons of wind turbine blades annually at full operation. Through strategic partnerships across the country, including in Iowa and Texas, Regen Fiber is expanding its operational reach. The recycled materials are used in concrete and asphalt applications, enhancing durability and environmental performance. This approach supports sustainability goals while contributing to a reduced carbon footprint in the construction sector and strengthening the circular economy.

Trelleborg RavCure UA reçinesi, stiren içermeyen yapısıyla çevre ve insan sağlığı açısından güvenli bir kullanım sunar. Diğer UV vinilester reçinelere kıyasla yaklaşık %47 oranında daha az büzülme göstererek ana tüpe mükemmel şekilde yapışır; bu sayede astar ile ana tüp arasında boşluk oluşmaz. Tehlikesiz olarak sınıflandırılan ve UV reçine pazarındaki en çevre dostu ürünlerden biri olarak test edilen bu yapı, aynı zamanda nakliye süreçlerini de kolaylaştırır. Kullanıma hazır formu sayesinde depolanabilen RavCure UA reçineleri, üstün emprenye özellikleriyle PU kaplı Trelleborg boru kaplamalarıyla tam uyum içinde çalışır.

Trelleborg RavCure UA resin offers safe use for both the environment and human health thanks to its styrene-free structure. Compared to other UV vinyl ester resins, it exhibits approximately 47% less shrinkage, allowing excellent adhesion to the main pipe and eliminating gaps between the liner and the host pipe. Classified as non-hazardous and tested as one of the most environmentally friendly products in the UV resin market, this formulation also simplifies transportation processes. Supplied in a ready-to-use form, RavCure UA resins can be stored and work in perfect compatibility with PU-coated Trelleborg pipe liners, delivering superior impregnation performance.
