Today at Yazaki Tunisia in Gafsa, we achieved one of the most challenging milestones in our new project, and it feels incredible to see months of planning, hard work, and collaboration turn into a real result.
From the RFQ phase and VDA 6.3 audit preparations to prototypes, problem-solving, and seamless teamwork across functions, this milestone reflects true commitment and determination.
This first production run is more than just a part — it’s a testament to what passionate people can accomplish when they work toward one shared goal.
Huge appreciation to our teams in Project Management, Engineering, Production Preparation, Logistics, Prototypes, and Quality, and to everyone who supported us along the way.

نشارككم بكل فخر نجاح أول مرحلة إنتاج ضمن مشروعنا الجديد في موقع يازكي تونس – قفصة، بعد فترة من التحضير والعمل المتواصل بين مختلف الفرق داخل المصنع.
خلال الأشهر الماضية، عملت فرق الهندسة والإنتاج والجودة واللوجستيات وإدارة المشاريع على تطوير النماذج الأولية، وتحسين العمليات، والاستجابة للتحديات التقنية لضمان انطلاقة ناجحة لهذه المرحلة.
ويمثل هذا التشغيل الأول أكثر من مجرد خطوة فنية؛ فهو يعكس التزامًا جماعيًا وروح تعاون مكّنت الفريق من تحويل الخطة إلى واقع داخل خطوط الإنتاج.
كما تشرفنا خلال الأسبوعين الماضيين باستقبال فريق من مصر، الذي قدّم دعماً فنياً وساهم في تبادل الخبرات، ما ساعد على تعزيز نسق التقدم وتحقيق هذا الإنجاز في أفضل الظروف.
هذا النجاح ليس سوى بداية لمرحلة جديدة نعمل فيها على التوسّع في الإنتاج، وتحسين الأداء، وتقديم قيمة أكبر لعملائنا.
