Donor transmission 5g-tronic transmission ready, it will be cleaned and refurbished before installation. Car will be equipped with tiptronic floor shifter and pedal shifter. Stay tuned.

New trigger wheel setup, modified to Mercedes M104 front pulley, sensor position will be placed near the engine angle marker for maintainability.

Dismantling, cleaning, and inspection before moving forwards.

Coolant system was completely flushed with clean water and high pressure air to 'stir' up internals.

All seals, hoses, thermostat & housing l, pulley idlers, and belt will be replaced. Airpump is removed as it serves very little function and not required by local emission standards.

A S124 with M104 3.2 is getting converted to LINK XTREME ECU, this means the car will receive motorsports level of Engine management, functions added are DBW, traction control, standalone Cruise Control, fan control, A/C control, flex fuel, etc.

This cat will also receive a modern 6 speed automatic transmission (AISIN A651E transmission) to enhance economy and better driving experience.

Once the engine management and transmission conversation is completed and tested, the car will receive a turbo charger. The intention is to make the car civilized and responsive.
