Life Jackets Recalled due to Faulty Inflators

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's (ACCC) Product Safety Group has issued a recall on life jackets from Life Jacket Solutions and Marlin Life Jackets due to faulty inflators used in the manufacture of the safety equipment.

The Product is being recalled because the indicator status on the inflator may show the life jacket is ready for use even when the attached gas cylinder is empty, removed or not connected properly.

The life jacket cannot inflate when this happen.

Recall on Rocket Parachute Flares

A recall notice has been put out by Japanese Company Kokusai Kohoh Ltd. after they found that Rocket Parachute Flares KP-16, that have been manufacturered between February 2021 to July 2024, have performance issues.
