This bike was built with a fully custom setup from the ground up 😈🚀

This project combines Kawasaki chassis + Honda ECU technology + custom tuning experience into one crazy machine 🔥

📈 Dyno Result:
✔ Max Power: 37.03 HP @ 8,750 RPM
✔ Max Torque: 24.33 lb-ft @ 6,810 RPM

The most impressive part is not only the peak number —
the power delivery is smooth, aggressive, and very usable throughout the RPM range.

📊 Dyno Graph Explanation:
✔ Strong low-end torque

The second injector started having problems during dyno tuning today 😅🔥

So this is NOT the final power result yet…

We’re going back to fix the issue and continue testing again soon.
Even with the problem, the bike is already showing serious potential 👀

🔥 CRF 410cc Big Bore Dyno Test — Just the Beginning!

This is a CRF engine upgraded to 410cc, tested on the dyno with an 18-inch rear wheel.

Current result:
✔ Max Power: 49.14 HP @ 7,610 rpm
✔ Max Torque: 34.83 ft-lbs @ 6,610 rpm

And this setup is still not 100% complete yet.

During dyno tuning, we found an issue with the 2nd injector system, so the bike needs to come back for correction and another dyno test.

I don’t even want to imagine how much more power it could show if this bike was tested with a 17-inch wheel… or even a 12-inch wheel.

This is only the beginning.
More testing, more tuning, and more power are coming soon.
