BYD Sealion .... coating ✨

This one came from paint shop with all scratch , glue residue. normally they should clean and do some polish to get rid of some dust & residue but this one is do nothing.... ok let's fix it

รถคันนี้เข้าไปเก็บสีรอบคันมาและเคลมชิ้นส่วนต่างๆ ลูกค้าให้คนขับรถไปรับรถและนำมาส่งที่เรา. เห็นรถครั้งแรกผมตกใจนิดนึง คิดว่าทำไมลูกค้าใช้รถหนักหน่วงขนาดนี้ แต่จริงๆมันเป็นคราบแลคเกอร์และคราบเทปกาว ที่ลงเรือจากขั้นตอนการพ่นสีและการเคลม เหมือนจะแทบไม่มีการเช็ครถหรือการทำความสะอาดอะไรเลย ที่เห็นว่าโอเคที่สุดก็คือมีการใช้น้ำยาทายางดำมาให้ยางมันดูเงาๆเท่านั้น

ok ครับในเมื่อรถมาสภาพแบบนี้แล้วเราก็ทำหน้าที่ของเราไป แก้ไขให้มันดูสวยงามแต่ ผมก็จำเป็นต้องส่งภาพ before ให้เจ้าของรถดู ไม่อย่างนั้นจะกลายเป็นว่าเป็นผลงานอันยอดเยี่ยมของคนอื่นไปซะ 😊

Water base Tire dress ...🛞

We made it to fit our environment ( Hot & Humid) easy to apply , shiny looks no solvent , no streaks , long lasting can be use on plastic & rubber .... that's more than enough ... 😊

เอาน้ำยาท่ายางดำสูตรใหม่ มารีวิวให้ดูครับ ตัวนี้งานจะออกเงามากขึ้นแต่ไม่ดีด ติดทนนานขึ้นนิดหน่อยและเวลาล้างแล้วยังจะรู้สึกดำเงากว่าเวอร์ชั่นก่อนหน้านี้ สูตรนี้เป็นสูตร Water base ไม่มีส่วนผสมของโซเว้น หรือกลีเซอรีนเกรดต่ำๆที่มีค่าเป็นกรด ซึ่งจะทำให้สียางเปลี่ยนไปได้ ใช้ได้บ่อยเท่าที่ต้องการ ใช้กับพลาสติกหรือขอบยางก็ได้หมดเลยสารพัดประโยชน์มาก

Silicone & Glue removed

Usually The one who remove is not the one who installed. this car got reject from most shop because they have to spend a lot of times & a lot of work to get it done.

คนติดกับคนแกะ ส่วนใหญ่มักไม่ใช่คนเดียวกัน การติดตั้งชิ้นส่วนเสริมเข้าไปที่ตัวรถ บางทีมันไม่ใช่แค่ติดให้แน่นหรือติดให้อยู่ก็พอ มันต้องคำนึงถึงตอนที่เราจะเป็นลูกน้องด้วย และส่วนใหญ่คนติดก็มักไม่เคยต้องรับผิดชอบกับคนที่ตัวเองได้ทำลงไป งานแปลกๆๆเสี่ยงๆก็เลยตกมาเป็นของ Hog Detailing อยู่ตลอด 😅 ทำเต็มที่แล้วครับ 😊

BMW F11 ... Coating ✨

คันนี้มีสเต็ปการทำแบบต้องรักษาชั้นแลคเกอร์เดิมๆ ของรถใส่ให้ได้มากที่สุดแต่ก็ต้องให้ดูดีด้วย พร้อมกับแต้มสี รอยสะเก็ดหินในบางจุด การทำงานจะเป็นแบบการขัดไปวัดสีไปพอรอยหายก็หยุด ถ้ายังไม่หายค่อยทำเพิ่ม แต่ก็จะอิงกับความหนาของสีที่เหลืออยู่ด้วย ทั้งคันต้องไม่บางกว่า 100 ไมครอน (จริงๆต่ำกว่าร้อยก็ยังได้สบายแต่ขอรักษาไว้ที่ 100 ไมครอนดีกว่าครับ)

Protections film.....is protecting of damaging your car ?

เมื่อเราอยากปกป้องสีรถของเราแต่การปกป้องของเรากลับกลายเป็นการทำร้ายสีรถของเราโดยทางอ้อม มันอาจจะกันรอยขีดข่วนได้แต่เวลาลอกมันอาจหลีกเลี่ยงการทำให้รถเป็นรอยหรือทำให้แลคเกอร์เสียหายไม่ได้

ปัญหามันไม่ได้อยู่ที่ตอนติด แต่มันอยู่ที่ตอนลอกครับ ยิ่งถ้ารถเราเป็นรถที่มีสีที่ค่อนข้างออกไปทางนิ่ม และไวต่อสารเคมี การใช้น้ำยาสลายคราบกาวหรือการนำเกรียงพลาสติกไปขูดฟิล์มออกยิ่งทำให้รถเป็นรอยและอาจจะเป็นรอยหนักกว่าเดิมก็ได้

ดังนั้นก่อนติดตั้งลองพิจารณาถึงคุณภาพของฟิล์มความรับผิดชอบหลังการติดตั้งและอายุการใช้งานในอนาคต , ความคุ้มค่าต่อสิ่งที่ต้องแลกมาด้วยนะครับ คันนี้ผมเป็นคนติดตั้งเองแต่ลูกค้านำฟิล์มของตัวเองมาให้ผมติดให้ ลอกเสร็จแล้วก็จะติดแผ่นใหม่ซึ่งเป็นฟิล์มแบบเดิมกลับเข้าไป แต่ผมแนะนำลูกค้าว่าไม่ติดจะดีกว่าเพราะอนาคตหากฟิล์มเสื่อมและเป็นแบบนี้อีกมีโอกาสที่จะทำให้สีและแลคเกอร์เสียหายได้ สู้ใช้ไปพอเป็นรอยแล้วเราขัดลบรอยยังดีกว่าครับ

รถจอดทำเครื่องมาเป็นปี มีละอองแลคเกอร์ติดเต็มรถ สีหมองไม่เงาใส ปรับผิวด้วยใบขนแกะ และเคลือบด้วยน้ำยาที่ลูกค้านำมาเอง ขัดเก็บตามซอกประตู ชายบันได หลุมยางอะไหล่ ทำเท่าที่จะล้วงเข้าไปทำให้ได้ เต็มที่ครับผม 😊
