👊ผ่อนคันเร่ง 👉 ยกคันเร่งล่วงหน้า ใช้ Engine Brake ช่วยดึงรถ

🔵 🛑ขั้นตอนการไล่ลมเบรกเมื่อมีอากาศค้างในโมดูล ABS 📚ABS Module Bleeding Guide🛠️
📌สาเหตุ 👉 อากาศค้างในกล่อง ABS ทำให้เบรกลึก นิ่ม หรือก้านเบรกวืด (การย้ำเบรกแบบปกติไม่สามารถดันอากาศออกจากวาล์ว ABS ได้)
1. ไล่ลมปั๊มเบรกบน (Master Cylinder Bleeding) 👉 ปั๊มบน🫧
🛑เติมน้ำมันเบรกใหม่ แล้วไล่ลมที่หัว Bleed ของปั๊มบนให้ตึงมือ
🛠️วิธีเช็ก 👉 ก้านเบรกเริ่มตึงสู้มือ ไร้ฟองอากาศ👍

2. กระตุ้นวาล์ว ABS (ABS Cycling) 👉 เครื่องสแกน🖥️
💻ต่อเครื่องสแกน (GS-911/ICOM) สั่งรันฟังก์ชัน ABS Bleed / Venting เพื่อเปิด-ปิดโซลินอยด์วาล์วขับฟองอากาศภายใน
🛠️วิธีเช็ก 👉 ได้ยินเสียงปั๊ม ABS ทำงานเป็นจังหวะตามสั่ง

3. ไล่ลมคาลิปเปอร์หน้า-หลัง (Caliper Bleeding) 👉 ปั๊มล่าง🔧
🫧ต่อสายยางใส ไล่ลมที่คาลิปเปอร์หน้า (ขวา➔ซ้าย) และหลัง พร้อมเติมน้ำมันเบรกห้ามให้แห้ง🚨
🛠️วิธีเช็ก 👉 น้ำมันเบรกไหลใสต่อเนื่อง ไม่มีฟองอากาศหลุดออกมา🫧

4. กระตุ้นวาล์วซ้ำ & เช็กระยะฟรี (Re-Check) 👉 เช็กความชัวร์✅
💻สั่งรัน ABS Bleed และไล่ลมที่คาลิปเปอร์ซ้ำอีก 1–2 รอบ
🛠️วิธีเช็ก 👉 ก้านเบรกและแป้นเบรกแข็งตึง ไม่จม ไม่วืด👍

⚠️วิธีแก้เฉพาะหน้า (ไม่มีเครื่องสแกน) 👉 ไล่ลมปั๊มบน-ล่างให้พอมีแรงเบรก นำรถไปขี่ความเร็วต่ำแล้วเบรกแรงๆ ให้ ABS ทำงาน (ABS Triggering) เพื่อบังคับเปิดวาล์ว แล้วกลับมาไล่ลมปั๊มล่างซ้ำ (เป็นวิธีฉุกเฉิน ไม่แนะนำเท่าการใช้เครื่องสแกน)🚨

📌Issue 👉 Trapped air inside the ABS hydro unit causes a spongy or collapsing brake lever (Standard pumping cannot flush air from internal ABS valves).
1. Bleed Master Cylinder 👉 Master Cylinder🫧
🛑Top up fluid & bleed air from the top master cylinder bleed ni**le.
🛠️Verification 👉 Lever feels firm with initial pressure & no air bubbles.

2. ABS Valve Cycling 👉 Scanner Tool🖥️
💻Connect scanner (GS-911/ICOM) & run ABS Bleed Routine to cycle internal solenoid valves.🫧
🛠️Verification 👉 Audible cycling/pulsing sounds from the ABS pump.

3. Bleed Front & Rear Calipers 👉 Calipers🔧
🫧Attach clear hose & flush calipers (Right Front ➔ Left Front ➔ Rear). Keep reservoir full.🚨
🛠️Verification 👉 Clean, clear fluid with zero air bubbles flowing out.🫧

4. Re-Cycle & Final Check 👉 Final Check✅
💻Repeat the ABS cycling & caliper bleed 1–2 more times.
🛠️Verification 👉 Front lever & rear pedal are rock-solid with no sponginess.👍

⚠️Emergency Bypass (No Scanner) 👉 Bleed basic pressure, test-ride at low speed, and engage ABS intentionally to cycle valves, then re-bleed calipers. (Temporary workaround; scanner procedure recommended)🚨
