Our company has been established here on the island for over 15 years. We have a rental fleet of twenty seven vehicles together with a varied selection of apartments, houses and villas offered for long term rentals. The customer base for our services typically consists of island residents, new expats to the island, regular visitors, villa owners, businesses as well as tourists. We are a family business and as such our focus is on a personal service, although we are supported by our team of excellent staff both myself and my wife thrive on getting involved in all aspects of our business and deal with our clients on a personal level. We believe the level of customer service offered by ourselves is second to none on Samui. There is also a property development side to our company which primarily grew from the principle director (my fathers) desire to own an investment home on the island which he could utilize as a holiday residence. We have to date completed two projects consisting of 25 homes, Palm View and Palm Villas Cheongmon. A number of these villas are featured here on the site and are offered as long term rentals. We are currently building a three bedroom luxury pool villa for a client which was sold off plan and is due for completion February 2012. Our new development project planned for commencement March 2012 is aimed at Samui residents who require a family home here who would like to have a serious input into the design and construction process during the build of their villa. It is our intention to utilize the villa presently under construction as the basis of the new project tailored and modified to suit the new client's requirements. We have endeavored to incorporate all the feedback received during our market research for the villas. Our design team would like to thank all of the island residents who have consulted on the new project design.
