A picture speaks a thousand words. Sometimes, the biggest reward isn't the sale—it's seeing the genuine happiness on our customer's face.

This customer came to us with a car that was nearing the end of its COE. We managed to secure him one of the best export offers, allowing him to maximise the value of his existing vehicle before upgrading.
From there,he decided to purchase from us the cheapest depreciation Toyota Vellfires in the market.

Many people assume that if a car is priced lower than the rest, there must be something wrong with it. We see things differently.
At Star Performance Motor, we believe that bringing value to our customers doesn't mean compromising on quality.

For extra peace of mind, the customer requested a pre-purchase inspection because he was concerned about potential wear and tear.
What happened next was something none of us expected.

The workshop he chose turned out to be the very workshop that had been maintaining this Vellfire for years.
After a thorough inspection, the workshop owner smiled and said the car was in excellent condition, as most of the common wear-and-tear items had already been replaced there over the years.

This Volkswagen Passat handover is definitely one we'll remember.

During our conversation, he shared that another dealer wanted to charge a $3,000 admin fee simply because he requested a more flexible down payment arrangement.

🎉 Another memorable handover! Congratulations to our customer on collecting his very first car—a Honda Civic FC1! 🚗❤️
Buying your first car is always special, especially when it's a car that fuels your passion for driving. We were honoured to be part of this milestone.
This deal, however, was far from ordinary.
The Civic had just arrived at our showroom, and after carrying out our own inspection, we identified several issues that needed attention. The steering rack required replacement, and there was a loud noise coming from the undercarriage. To someone unfamiliar with cars, it could have easily been a deal breaker.
Because of that, we actually wanted to postpone the viewing until everything was repaired.
But our customer was worried that someone else would secure the car first. Since it was priced as one of the most competitively priced FC1s on the market due to its higher mileage, he didn't want to miss the opportunity.
We were completely transparent with him.
We told him honestly that the car was not yet in viewing condition, explained every issue we had found, and shared our repair plan before he even saw the car. Despite that, he appreciated our honesty and still wanted to come down.
After viewing the car, he loved it—but more importantly, he trusted us.
He even insisted on leaving a deposit immediately.
we declined.
Instead, we made a simple gentleman's agreement. We reserved the car for him without taking a single dollar and promised that once all the repairs were completed, he could return for another test drive before making his final decision.
Three days later, the steering rack was replaced, the undercarriage issues were resolved, the car was fully serviced, and it drove exactly the way it should.
He came back, took it for another drive, and collected the car with a huge smile on his face.
The best part came a few days later, when he sent us a message thanking us for the entire buying experience. Messages like that remind us why we do what we do.
