Eurokars EV has opened a new MG | IM Motors Aftersales Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru — and the big headline is three times the previous servicing capacity.

The new facility comes with dedicated EV bays, specialised diagnostics, more intake and delivery bays, increased appointment availability and even a One-Hour Quick Service option for selected packages.

And while your car is being pampered, you can work from one of four dedicated workstations, grab some refreshments, enjoy gourmet ice cream or even have your feet sorted out with complimentary reflexology. Not a bad way to spend a service appointment.

There’s also something rather tasty for Cyberster fans: MG has previewed a new British Racing Green colour for the 2026 Cyberster.

The new facility will also host the MG | IM Owners Open House on 22 August, with workshop tours, EV servicing insights, family activities, refreshments, lucky draws — and exclusive one-day prices on selected display vehicles.

The Toyota RAV4 has been around for more than 30 years. And while “sensible” has always been part of its DNA, the latest sixth-generation model finally feels like Toyota has allowed a little personality into the room.

Sharper looks, a much-improved interior, loads of space and a 2.5-litre hybrid powertrain producing 212hp make this a very easy SUV to live with.

It is smooth, comfortable and surprisingly efficient too. Drive it sensibly and seeing fuel consumption close to 20km/l isn’t out of the question.

Push it harder, however, and that four-cylinder engine becomes rather vocal. Think of it as the RAV4 politely asking you to calm down.

At $245,888*, it certainly isn’t cheap in Singapore. But with COEs doing their usual wet-blanketing, that’s hardly Toyota’s fault.

So, after three decades, does the RAV4 still make sense?

Absolutely.

But this time around, there’s just enough soul to make it interesting.

McLaren Singapore has teamed up with Singapore-born British designer Chelsea Scott-Blackhall, founder of Dzojchen, to create two bespoke interpretations of the McLaren 750S Coupe and Artura Spider.

Called Project Duality, the collaboration explores the contrasts between power and grace, heritage and innovation, precision and emotion — all while keeping the character of the two McLarens firmly intact.

Both cars make their public debut at Concours d’Elegance Singapore 2026, before heading to the McLaren Singapore showroom from 17 August to 30 September.

Audi Singapore is putting your sim-racing skills to the test with Time Attack 2026 — and yes, I had a go myself.

Let’s just say… my virtual Audi found the wall rather more often than I would have liked. Driving sim: 1. My driving skills: 0.
