Start-stop batteries are for newer cars with start-stop function. 🚘

It's advisable to change your car battery every 1.5 or 2 years to avoid getting stuck with a dead car.

Guan Hin & Co (源兴) means "The source of happiness" in Simplified Chinese. Our signboard spells the characters in Traditional Chinese as a symbol of stability and longevity.

Started by the grandfather of Tay Siong Oon (aka David Tay) way before 1961, David is now the 3rd generation owner of this humble set up. He has amassed more than 35 years of experience after turning full-time upon his completion of NS.

Guan Hin & Co started off servicing bicycles. Gradually, we transited to dealing with the tyres and batteries of cars, all commercial and off-the-road vehicles.

Moving with times, we have been focusing on tyres and batteries of cars and light commercial vehicles.

I changed my car tyres at Guan Hin & Co recently, after reading all the good reviews of them online. Mr Tay and Ben are indeed very friendly and professional. The service they provide is excellent. Highly recommended!
I had a punctured tyre on my way to Tan Tock Seng and this is just 6mins behind it. As i need to rush back in under an hour I was so pleased to know Ben could change 4 of my tyres in under half and hour and i made it just in time back to TTSH with mins to spare. He also gave me a reasonable charge for my tires. Would difinately highly recommend them for fuss free service.

Just changed the car tyres at Guan Hin a week ago. The service I must say is excellent. Adopting a 'look see look see' mindset, Ben the owner (or related), asked for details, and recommended me the suitable tyres that made in Japan. Then he further assured me that the tyres are not old by telling me how to read tyre info printed on the tyres. I did not compare prices, but I think, with the service that he gave, it is definitely worth, at least you don'e feel cheated. and afterall, they must make money too. Say no use, try it out and you will know what I mean. Ben, keep up, I like your service and learn a lot from you.
