It has been one month since we officially opened our new office, and this past month has given us time to reflect and look back on this journey.

For a long time, Braddell was where you knew us. It was familiar, comfortable, and filled with shared moments between our team and our customers. Many of you walked through our doors there, and over time, it became a place of trust and connection. Those memories continue with us.

Stepping into a new space brought both excitement and challenge. From the first day, we had to adapt. We looked closely at how we operate, how we serve, and how we can do better. We rebuilt processes, improved workflows, and made changes that allow us to run more efficiently.

The year also tested resilience across the industry. A high COE environment and pressures arising from US tariffs shaped a demanding business climate. Even so, we stayed focused on discipline and quality. We kept prices competitive while maintaining a high-quality fleet, because reliability and comfort should always come first.
