Good news to all new driver signing up with Grab !!!
New incentives until 28/06/2024
Terms and Conditions as follows :
1. All other incentives such as emerald circle incentives will NOT be applicable throughout this incentive period.
2. Any PHV drivers who are new to GrabCar, reactivating their accounts or switching from Grab’s delivery or hitch services is eligible for this New Joiner Incentive.
3. Incentives applicable to the following taxi types: JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar 6, GrabShare, GrabFamily (Ages 4–7), GrabFamily 6 (Ages 4–7)
4. Incentives will only be offered to applicants who submit the required documents through the process mentioned above. Any other form of submissions will not be entertained.
5. All driver-partners have to maintain an Driver Rating of 4.7, Acceptance rate of above 90% and a Cancellation rate of below 10%. Failure to meet these requirements will result in bonus ineligibility.
6. Successful applicants will receive an SMS confirmation of participation. Incentive will start on the next Monday after confirmation of activation has been received by the current week’s Friday.
7. Each incentive week starts Monday and ends Sunday.
8. Driver-partners with previously terminated accounts will not be entertained.
9. Grab reserves the right to alter or amend the mechanics at any point in time. Any disputes beyond 30 calendar days from the last day of the incentive schemes will not be entertained.
10. All new sign-ups must be activated by 28 June 2024 to be eligible for this bonus.
11. Incentive period starts the week after activation OR 2 weeks after, as per sign up timeline table above.
12. Eligible driver partners for fuel vouchers would be contacted by Grab to collect the fuel vouchers physically at Grab Service Center during the opening hours.
