Position: Delivery Driver Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half Day) Note: Public Holidays (PH) and Sundays are off.
Salary:
• Starting from $2,000to $2,400
• Salary is based on attendance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivery:
• Operate a van to deliver goods to various locations.
• Responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering products safely to customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to all assigned destinations.
• Route Management:
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, ensuring all scheduled deliveries are completed within designated timeframes.
• Communicate with the office to report any issues or delays encountered during the delivery process.
• Pickup:
• Daily pickup of stock from the north side warehouse (location to be specified) for delivery to various destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness:
• Ensure the assigned truck is kept in good working condition by performing basic maintenance checks (e.g., tire pressure, fuel levels).
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the van
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including stock inventory, delivery logs, and any necessary documentation.
• Ensure that goods are delivered as per customer requirements and receive proper signatures for confirmation.
Requirements:
• SG Class 3 Driver's License: Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 license to drive a Van.
• Experience: Previous experience in delivery driving or similar roles is a plus but not required.
• Physically Fit: Ability to handle the loading/unloading of goods and manage the demands of driving a truck.
• Good Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers and the office team for smooth operations.
• Dependable: Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical for maintaining service levels.
Additional Information:
• The company may require drivers to work in shifts when there is an increase in manpower needs. Notice will be provided in advance.
