The McLaren MP4-12C was unveiled in 2011 as the brand’s first production car since the legendary F1 supercar. It competed with the Ferrari 458 Italia and offered plenty of performance thanks to the use of technology and lightweight materials. It is powered by a 3.8 litre twin turbocharged V8, the M838T, and produces 592bhp and 600Nm. It completes the century sprint in just 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of 330kmh.

This unit comes with an orange exterior paint work and it is fitted with a black and brown leather interior in the carbon fibre tub, and is fitted with McLaren’s IRIS infotainment system. Visibility is superb. It’s easy to judge distances because you have an unblocked view of the raised front wheel arches. Rear visibility is commendable, too, despite the skinny rear windscreen.

Mclaren’s first road car since the iconic F1, the exquisite 12C is engineered to perfection. Everything you see. Everything you touch. Every line, surface and detail of the 12C’s design enhances the car’s performance and the thrill of the drive.
