Our onsite service is available island-wide and we typically try to reach you within 30-45mins, subject to traffic & weather conditions. - Prices inclusive of car battery, on-site assistance & trade-in of old/used battery for safe and proper disposal.
- Location/Late-night surcharge of $10-20 may apply for certain areas. We will inform you during your enquiry,
- For Onsite service, if our battery testing & diagnostics determine that that it is not a battery issue, or you do not wish to proceed with the battery change, an Onsite Service Fee of $50 onward will apply. We will then advise you accordingly regarding your next course of action. Battery Warranty:
• 12 month - Petrol/Passenger Cars
• 6 months - Diesel/Commercial Vehicles/Grab/Private Hire/Rental
• Warranty only covers battery manufacturing defects (e.g. short circuit)
- Only authorized mechanics from Battery Express may carry out warranty claims.
- Consequential liabilities will not be entertained.
• Original receipt must be produced for warranty claim.
