Overall, COE premiums remain at a high level, with Category A and Category E seeing notable increases. For commercial vehicle buyers, Category C eased slightly but remains above the $90,000 mark.

While Category A edged down slightly, Categories B and E continued to climb, reflecting sustained demand for larger cars and the open category. Category C also remained above the $90,000 level, highlighting the continued cost pressures faced by businesses looking to expand or renew their commercial vehicle fleets.

🚗 Singapore COE Results | 22 July 2026
The second COE bidding exercise of July ended with a slight easing in most vehicle categories after reaching recent highs. While Cat A, Cat B and Cat C premiums dipped modestly, prices remain historically elevated, reflecting continued strong demand. Meanwhile, Open Category (Cat E) edged up slightly, showing that competition for vehicle ownership in Singapore remains intense.
For buyers, the small pullback is a welcome sign, but COE prices are still hovering at levels that will keep overall vehicle costs high.

COE premiums climbed across all categories in the first bidding exercise of July, with Category A hitting a new record of $129,000 and Category C reaching an all-time high of $95,000. Demand remains strong, while limited supply continues to keep COE prices elevated.

COE premiums softened slightly in the latest bidding exercise, with prices easing across most categories. Cat A closed at $123,847, Cat B at $123,502, Cat C at $93,001, while Cat E edged up marginally to $129,002.

Despite the slight dip, COE prices remain at historically high levels, reflecting continued strong demand and limited supply.
