古早味蒸鸡蛋糕
材料：
鸡蛋3粒、幼糖250g、300g普通面粉（过筛）、无甜味苏打汽水（soda water)或 100 plus 200ml
做法：
鸡蛋和糖打至发至乳白色，加入普通面粉和汽水，用塑胶刮刀拌均匀，倒入铺了纸的7寸竹篮，放入蒸笼里，用大火蒸30至40分钟左右。
