Attention to all Foreign Driving Licence holders:
Due to COVID-19, most travelling has been suspended and if you are in SG >1 year, it will be necessary to convert to an SG Driving Licence ASAP..

In order to convert your foreign licence to a Singapore driving licence, you are required to pass the Basic Theory Test (BTT).

You may book for a BTT at any of the 3 driving schools. Their addresses are:

1. Woodlands Driving Test Centre, level 1, co-located with the Singapore Safety Driving Centre ( http://www.ssdcl.com.sg/ ) at 2, Woodlands Industrial Park E4 Singapore 757387.

2. Bukit Batok Driving Test Centre, level 2, co-located with the Bukit Batok Driving Centre (http://www.bbdc.com.sg ) at 815 Bukit Batok West Ave 5 Singapore 659085.

3. Kampong Ubi Test Centre, level 2, co-located with ComfortDelgro Driving Centre (http://www.cdc.com.sg) at 205, Ubi Ave 4 Singapore 408805.


On passing the BTT, you have to proceed to Traffic Police Headquarters (10 Ubi Ave 3, Singapore 408865) in person to apply for the Singapore Driving License Photo-card.

Providing Essential Service Support During COVID-19 “Circuit-Breaker” period

Dear Customer,

With the announcement of the latest measures Singapore is undertaking, we are reaching out to assure you of all necessary support that we can render, within the boundaries of what the government has implemented.

In response to the government’s ‘Circuit Breaker’ measures on the suspension of activities at workplace premises, we have initiated the following actions:
• All office will continue to operate with limited manpower onsite.
• Under the government’s classification of Essential Service providers, our aftersales service support team will continue to serve and provide Essential Services. This include the 24-hr Aftersales Hotline and roadside assistance.
• Staff supporting Essential Services will take strict precautions as advised by the Ministry of Health and comply with MOH’s advisory on safe distancing measures.

Foreigners can soon renew driving licences online

1. From 26 November 2018, LTA will be implementing changes to:
a. Vehicle Ownership Transfer
b. Vehicle Deregistration

Vehicle Owners will be required to use their SingPass (for individuals) / CorpPass (for corporates) & 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) to assess the new digital services at www.onemotoring.com.sg securely and conveniently.

2. Immediate Action for Vehicle Owners:

a. Verify SingPass (For Existing SingPass Holders)
- Go to https://www.singpass.gov.sg
- Click on "LOGIN"

b. To Register for a New SingPass (For Non-SingPass Holders)

Option 1. Online via https:www/singpass.gov.sg
- Prior to Registration, please get your Employer HR to ensure your Residential Address is current in MOM database: https://www.mom.gov.sg/eservices/services/ep-online
- Click on "Register for SingPass"
- Take 5 working days for PIN mailer to be sent to Residential Address
- Upon receipt of PIN mailer, to activate SingPass and 2FA at the same-time

Option 2. SingPass counters
- Counter Locations: https://www.singpass.gov.sg/singpass/common/counter
- LTA / CPF / IRAS / Selected Community Centers
- Bring along NRIC/FIN
- Instant Activation
