After being in the industry for close to 5 years, this is the #1 question I get asked by my customers time and time again..
Do I buy a PARF or COE car?
Having specialized in PARF and new vehicles for the good first half of my career, and then in COE vehicles for the last half of my career, I would have to say that there is no definite answer.
I have plenty of customers that have always purchased PARF cars will only buy PARF cars. I also have customers that have always purchased COE cars and still continue to upgrade to bigger COE cars even when they can choose smaller luxury PARF options.
Personally, I am part of the latter.
