​This Mercedes C180 came in with the aircon suddenly blowing warm air halfway through the drive. After testing and recovering full refrigerant pressure (no leaks!), we pinpointed a failed aircon compressor.

🔧 Toyota Alphard Alternator Replacement 🔧
​Customer's Alphard lost total power and shut down on the road despite putting in a new battery 4 months ago.

​Diagnosis:
The battery warning light came on, but the car was driven for another 2 hours—completely draining the battery as it powered the entire car solo. Testing showed the battery was still healthy and taking charge, but the alternator output was at 0V.

​The Fix:
Replaced the dead unit with a brand-new OEM Denso Alternator to ensure smooth voltage regulation for all onboard electronics, fully recharged the battery on our bench charger, and cleared all low-voltage fault codes.
​Back on the road and charging strong at 14.2V! ⚡🚗

​💡 Mechanic Tip: If your battery light comes on while driving, pull over safely as soon as possible. Driving on battery power alone will quickly drain it and can leave you stranded!
