Autobahn – Update Following High Court Hearing on 26 December

Dear Hirers,

We refer to the High Court hearing held on 26 December, concerning Autobahn’s application under the relevant restructuring framework.

We wish to inform you that the Court has lifted the Company’s application. Autobahn will proceed to submit an appeal in accordance with legal procedures.

During this period, the Company’s business operations will continue as usual. Vehicle usage and hirer arrangements remain in force, and all services will continue to operate under normal terms.

Autobahn remains committed to discharging its responsibilities and safeguarding the interests of its partners. The safety, mobility, and continuity of service for hirers remain a key priority.

Further updates will be provided as the appeal process progresses.
