We had the honour of hosting Ms Yeo Wan Ling and her team from the NPHVA at Dickson Auto Centre last Thursday.

A Mercedes Benz C200 came in this morning with the owner commenting that the air-con is not blowing out cool air anymore. After checking, our technicians discovered low gas levels and found a leak from the air-con cooling coil (evaporator) 😢
Check out the pictures to see the difference between a new air-con cooling coil and the old one 👀

Other than blowing out warm air, here are some warning signs that your evaporator might be damaged:
1. Strange odour that might get more intense when you turn your air-con on.
2. Varying air-con temperatures - your evaporator can still function with a small leak, however the temperature might be inconsistent!
3. Your air-con compressor refuses to start!
