Some encounters stay with you, not because everything went smoothly, but because of the patience, understanding, and trust shown along the way. 🙏❤️

My encounter with Mr Teo was truly memorable.

When I first met Mr Teo at AML, it was total chaos for me! 😅 I was attending to three groups of customers when he arrived at the showroom. Even though we had an appointment arranged, I was unfortunately unable to attend to him immediately and had to leave him waiting at the office for quite a while.

Honestly, I felt really embarrassed and bad about keeping him waiting. What made me appreciate him even more was his patience and understanding, especially knowing that he still had to head to work after viewing the car.

Mr Teo did not confirm the deal with me that day. We continued keeping in touch, and after quite an extensive period of follow-ups, he finally decided to go ahead and purchase his car from me! 😊

Looking back, I am truly grateful that he gave me the opportunity and trusted me with his purchase. Moments like these remind me that not every deal happens immediately, and sometimes, all we can do is stay sincere, be patient, and continue doing our best.

To me, **sales is like matchmaking**. On one side, we have the product; on the other, we have the customer. But what brings everything together is *缘分 (Yuan Fen)* — that special connection and fate that brings two parties together at the right time.

We can introduce the right product, provide the right advice, and put in our best effort, but ultimately, there must be that connection and trust between us.

I feel happy and blessed that my Yuan Fen with my customers has brought me so many positive and meaningful experiences. Every customer who chooses to trust me becomes part of my journey, and I will never take that trust for granted.

Another customer who reminds me how lucky I am to meet good people along this journey. 🙏

Mr Lim was a very easy-going and decisive person — kind-hearted, straightforward, and someone who doesn’t like to trouble others.

He contacted me through my Facebook ads and came down to our showroom on the very same day, just within a few hours. After asking a few simple questions, listening to my recommendations and going through the details, we sealed the deal.

Sometimes, the process can be so simple when there is trust and mutual understanding. No complicated requests, no unnecessary trouble — just a straightforward conversation, a good recommendation, and a decision made with trust. 😊

Thinking back, I would really consider myself lucky to have met people like Mr Lim throughout my career. Every customer I meet gives me a different experience and teaches me something along the way.

Another special customer who gave me a great start when I returned to the car trade last year. 🙏

Ms Des was my **2nd customer at Car Times** and also my **first online prospect from my Facebook ads**. I still remember meeting her at the workshop while the car was undergoing its assessment. She took a look at the car and left to consider.

To my surprise, she eventually decided to go ahead and placed a deposit! 😄 I was so excited that I went over to meet her at her convenience to complete the paperwork and seal the deal.

Moments like these may seem like just another car sale, but to me, they felt incredibly fulfilling. It was a small confirmation that my hard work, persistence, and sincerity were being recognised.

Looking back, these are the experiences and memories that will stay with me throughout my career. Every customer who trusted me and gave me an opportunity played a part in helping me rebuild my confidence when I returned to the trade.
