Another Delivery done! Mr and Mrs X came on good recommendations looking for a new Vehicle. With a fleet of over 200 Vehicles both NEW & PRE-OWNED. Step 1 is always REQUIREMENTS, it is critical to put our good ear forward and Listen. ☝🏻🏅

1. Drives their C180 (w204) nearing a good 10 years🥇
- Faced minimal issues throughout the lifespan of the car, found it reliable and of good comfort
- High daily mileage (Sales, general family use)
- Keen liking to MERCEDES ONLY for its status and built quality

After recommending the New GLB (SUV) for its utility, comfort and overall aesthetics. We sensed a slight reluctance in Mr X’s response, WE NOTICED.

Then on, we contacted our close partners in the industry and sourced for several units ranging from the E-Class to C-Class and finally settled on a C180 (W205) - genuine mileage, very well maintained and interior of his liking.

NO HARD-SELLING, NO SALES TACTICS, just genuine sincerity in finding the car of choice is our motto.

Working out the numbers and giving our input is essentially what Car sales / advisory is about.

2. After viewing their current car C180 (w204) in immaculate conditions our IN-HOUSE exporters were offering a high valuation. However, the couple were also doing their own inquiries and found a dealer that were offering $1k more (ready buyer on-hand)

Unlike certain companies that have a strict policy after signing the SALES AGREEMENT, we made an exception and allowed the transaction as we couldn’t match the prices.

Just in! We do COMMERCIAL VEHICLES too 🚚

Referred yet again, this time Mr X and his partner were looking for a replacement from their current leased (COE renewed) Toyota HiAce, in the construction business.

- Arranged a unit (Brand new) towed for their viewing
- Worked out the figures (Cost savings 💰 compared to leasing
- Provided a COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY for COMMERCIAL (after understanding their business model)
- Received all supporting documents, and appealed for LOWEST interest rates available on HIGH LOAN application

Swift delivery for Mrs X, she was referred to us by one of our many partners since her current car’s COE was due in a couple months. Step 1 REQUIREMENTS taking over a tele-discussion, explaining clearly our processes. Scheduled a non obligatory viewing the very next day ☝🏻🏅

1. Diesel Vehicle recommended by her brother 🥇
- High mileage user and occasional Private hire considerations
- Noisy cabin experience on a Diesel engine and wear & tear over the years
- Cost to replace important components amounting to 3-5k

Only after hearing her needs, we recommended the Toyota CHR - Hybrid (SUV) with new Hybrid battery technology using single-cell lithium battery components (for easy maintenance) addressed her concerns on previous MISCONCEPTIONS about $5k per battery replacements on older variants

FINANCING🥈

2. After a detailed and thorough physical assessment of her Diesel car, we offered a HIGHER THAN MARKET valuation with our exporters (due for scrap)

However, the breakdown (intended downpayment) exceeds her initial budgeting. In a last attempt, we contacted our exporters/purchasers to negotiate for better value, ended up OVERTRADING for $3k, leaving customer very satisfied.

3. Mrs X was initially quoted a 20% capped NCD on Insurance by our partners, but on a separate inquiry on her own she was offered higher.

- Contacted our insurance department immediately
- Presented Mrs X proposal
- Found out about a RECENTLY LAUNCHED scheme
- Provided a counter offer with 40% NCD capped at 50%

Threw in an UNLIMITED MILEAGE warranty on the (Hybrid battery/ Engine / Gearbox) as icing on the cake

1. Bought his vehicle earlier last year 2020🥇
- Was introduced a Korean Diesel unit (Euro5)
- Low daily mileage (To/Fro office, general family use)

Only after hearing his needs, we recommended the Mercedes Benz GLA180 (SUV) something to his liking and befitting his status.
