Dialling in the chassis of this BMW G42 M240i xDrive with a suspension package built for real driver feedback, sharper response, and confidence at the limit.

This setup was designed to eliminate the vague front end feel and understeer commonly found on the G42 platform, transforming the car into something far more precise, connected, and capable both on the road and under hard driving.

The Suspension Secrets camber & caster plates are a serious upgrade for the G42 chassis. Designed using motorsport geometry data, they provide increased negative camber and additional caster to dramatically improve front end grip, steering precision, and mid corner stability. The result is sharper turn-in, reduced understeer, and a much more confidence-inspiring driving experience. The Rodoball bearing design also improves damper response while maintaining excellent refinement.

The solid front and rear control arm bushes remove unwanted compliance from the suspension, allowing the chassis to react more directly and consistently under braking, cornering, and acceleration. Steering feel becomes noticeably more connected, with improved stability and overall feedback through the car.

To complete the package, we paired everything with the KW V3 coilover system. It is one of the best street and track focused suspension setups available for modern BMWs. With independently adjustable rebound and compression damping, the KW V3 allows precise tuning for both comfort and performance while significantly reducing body roll, pitch, and instability during aggressive driving.

This 2009 BMW Z4 E89 23i is more than just a car — it's a 15-year love story between an owner and their meticulously cared-for machine. From day one, it’s been pampered, never abused, and still proudly wears its original factory components (minus the rims) until now.

🔍 After checking, we found a slow leak from the original fuel pump assembly — yes, the one from the factory back in 2009! It was still working perfectly, but the leak could have turned dangerous.

The tricky part? This Z4 has been out of production for years, and the required Genuine BMW parts are hard to find. But thanks to our network, we sourced the exact Genuine BMW fuel pump assembly — no shortcuts, no compromises.
