After apprenticeship, he moved on to various garages in Malaysia and Singapore dealing with engine related works, modification, maintenance, etc. Matthew Ng started his journey as an automotive surveyor and technical investigator for various high profile insurance companies in Singapore. Assisting in various high profile accident cases and assessing car accidents for various insurance companies. Frequenting various car agents from Performance Motors to Wearnes Auto, Matthew is versed with the working procedures of the various car agents. Also well versed in accident claims procedures and technical issues, we aim to provide you with sound advices regarding car accidents. Over the years, Matthew invested his time heavily on learning about car software programming, coding and tuning. He is extremely well versed in VW group dealer level software and others which enables him to solve issues where hands-on mechanics are unable to solve or diagnose. At times, he travels to Malaysia to aid other workshop in problem solving with regards to programming or coding of a vehicle or provides such services remotely. He associates himself with various well known tuners globally to study about the art of tuning, engaging tuners to tune certain vehicles and he also self tune some vehicles. With an Electrical Diploma background, Matthew is awarded with The Institute of Motoring International Level 3 in Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System Repair and Replacement and is recognized as IMI Techsafe which requires constant skills upgrading and CPD to keep the recognition valid. Matthew is also an long standing associate member with the Institute of Motoring (UK). He is also a Certified Automotive Engineer awarded by IMI UK.
