A few weeks ago, we opened our doors to young talent!
At Tracking, we believe skills are not something you wait to gain. They are something you build the moment you are given a real seat at the table.
So this year, we did exactly that. We brought in fresh talent and put them straight into the work.
Here is what we invested in:
→ Real product and marketing sessions, not sideline observation
→ Whiteboard planning where their ideas actually counted
→ Hands on time with our own platforms like Humify
→ Mentors who lead by doing, not just telling
Because we know the best way to grow a skill is to trust someone with it. To hand over the work, ask the big questions, and watch new talent rise to meet them.
This World Youth Skills Day, we are proud of the young minds learning with us, and even prouder of the future we are building together.
To every young person still figuring it out, your first real break might be closer than you think.
