STELS world "Velomotors Group" is the leading manufacturer of powersport vehicles, including 4x4 ATVs and Snowmobiles in Russia under brand STELS.

Our vehicles were designed, developed and manufactured in Russia. They were tested in extreme conditions by roads of Urals, forests of Siberia, mountains of Caucasus and snows of Chukotka. On our manufacturing facility in Briansk region, we perform the whole manufacturing cycle including pipes production, frames welding, plastic injection, vehicle assembly etc.
