Din 20 iulie 2026 vă așteptăm la sediul nostru din Hărman, Brașov, unde vor fi disponibile mai multe camioane MAN cu cabină dublă, provenite dintr-un lot disponibil anterior. Toate sunt noi, cu 0 km, iar o parte sunt fabricate în 2024 și o parte în 2025.

Toate camioanele sunt echipate cu tracțiune 4x4 și cutie de viteze automată, oferind o bază excelentă pentru un vehicul de expediție.

Pe aceste șasiuri proiectăm și construim containere de 5,5 metri, dar și alte configurații, adaptate cerințelor fiecărui client. La sediul nostru puteți vedea camioanele, analiza soluțiile tehnice și discuta direct cu echipa despre proiectul pe care îl aveți în plan.

Starting July 20, 2026, we invite you to visit our headquarters in Hărman, Brașov, where several MAN double cab trucks from a previously available batch will be in stock. All vehicles are brand new, with 0 km, and include both 2024 and 2025 model year chassis.

All trucks are equipped with 4x4 drive and an automatic transmission, making them an excellent foundation for an expedition vehicle.

We design and build 5.5 meter expedition cabins, as well as custom configurations tailored to each customer’s requirements. At our facility, you can inspect the trucks, explore technical solutions, and discuss your project directly with our team.

Un nou proiect prinde viață la TSProCamper, powered by Tuning Serv.
Acest Mercedes Zetros a primit un container proiectat și construit integral de echipa noastră, de la primul panou până la montajul final.
Containerul este realizat din panouri sandwich cu pereți de 70 mm, podea de 100 mm și plafon de 80 mm, pentru o izolație termică și fonică excelentă. Întreaga construcție este montată pe un șasiu intermediar în 4 puncte, proiectat special pentru acest camion, astfel încât să reziste fără probleme în cele mai dificile condiții de exploatare.
Ferestrele și ușile de garaj sunt fabricate și asamblate în propria noastră fabrică. Geamurile au o reflectivitate de 62%, reduc semnificativ transferul de căldură și oferă un confort ridicat în orice climat.
Exteriorul este protejat cu un strat ceramic cu rezistență ridicată la zgârieturi și la factorii de mediu.
Proiectul continuă cu realizarea cutiilor de depozitare, a sistemului pentru roata de rezervă, a suporturilor pentru echipamente și a multor alte detalii care vor transforma acest Zetros într-un adevărat camion de expediție.
Primele teste au fost un succes și ne confirmă că direcția este cea potrivită. În perioada următoare vom publica imagini și videoclipuri din toate etapele construcției.
TSProCamper construiește. Tuning Serv face posibil tot procesul — de la proiectare și producție, până la pregătirea completă a vehiculului. Construim containere, panouri sandwich, ferestre și uși, iar în atelierul nostru echipăm pickup-uri, vanuri și camioane cu suspensii pentru drumuri grele, trolii, snorkel, proiectoare, sisteme de protecție și tot ce este necesar pentru expediții fără compromisuri.

A new project is coming to life at TSProCamper, powered by Tuning Serv.
This Mercedes Zetros has received a container fully designed and built by our team, from the very first panel to the final assembly.
The container is made of sandwich panels, with 70 mm walls, a 100 mm floor, and an 80 mm roof, ensuring excellent thermal and sound insulation. The entire structure is mounted on a 4-point subframe, specially designed for this truck, so that it can withstand the toughest operating conditions without any issues.
The windows and garage doors are manufactured and assembled in our own factory. The windows feature 62% reflectivity, significantly reduce heat transfer, and provide high comfort in any climate.
The exterior is protected with a ceramic coating offering high resistance to scratches and environmental factors.
The project continues with the construction of storage boxes, the spare wheel system, equipment mounts, and many other details that will turn this Zetros into a true expedition truck.
The first tests were a success and confirm that we’re on the right track. In the coming period, we will be publishing photos and videos from every stage of the build.
TSProCamper builds, while Tuning Serv makes the entire process possible — from design and production to the complete preparation of the vehicle. We build containers, sandwich panels, windows, and doors, and in our workshop we equip pickups, vans, and trucks with heavy-duty suspensions, winches, snorkels, spotlights, protection systems, and everything needed for uncompromising expeditions.

Un nou pas important pentru proiectul MAN HX.

Am finalizat testul de împerechere dintre șasiu și container, iar totul s-a potrivit perfect. Urmează etapa de vopsire, apoi montarea liftului pentru motocicletă și a suportului pentru roata de rezervă.

Acest container oferă un spațiu impresionant de locuit și depozitare, fără să depășească gabaritul legal. Acesta a fost unul dintre obiectivele principale ale proiectului.

Fiecare detaliu este construit pentru fiabilitate, confort și expediții pe termen lung.

Mai sunt câțiva pași până la final, iar apoi sperăm să vedem acest MAN HX plecând într-o aventură în jurul lumii.

Another important milestone for this MAN HX project.

We have successfully completed the test fitting between the chassis and the camper box, and everything fits perfectly. Next comes painting, followed by the installation of the motorcycle lift and the spare wheel carrier.

This camper box offers an impressive amount of living and storage space while remaining within the legal vehicle dimensions. That was one of the main goals of this project.

Every detail has been designed for reliability, comfort, and long term overland travel.

There are only a few steps left until completion, and then we hope to see this MAN HX begin its journey around the world.
