At Zănești Aerodrome, near Piatra Neamț, Romania, Signalight delivered a complete VFR aerodrome lighting system based on our VISTA technology.
Our VISTA system powers the runway lights directly from the control cabinet using a low constant current of 1.4 A DC— without individual isolation transformers, without CCRs and without oversized power cables. Simply powering the LEDs with a specific current.
A simpler series circuit means:

→ fewer components to maintain
→ reduced energy consumption
→ easier operation and maintenance
The control cabinet also provides multiple monitoring and remote-control capabilities, integrating the complete lighting system, including PAPI units, Controller V4, VISTA Runway Edge Lights and Threshold/End Lights.
