Prindem rădăcini, cu perseverență!

O parte din echipa noastră a participat sâmbătă la “Plantăm Speranță”, rămânând fidelă angajamentului nostru pentru sustenabilitate și un viitor mai verde.

Vremea dificilă și solul dur ne-au amintit că impactul real cere efort — dar fiecare copac plantat este un pas înainte.

Pentru că îți descoperi cu adevărat identitatea ca echipă atunci când condițiile sunt grele. Iar această zi ne-a reamintit ceva puternic: nici vântul, nici pământul tare și pietros nu ne pot împiedica să prindem rădăcini — împreună.

At iwis, respect is part of our everyday work. That’s why we respect our colleagues every day — valuing their perspectives, appreciating their energy, and supporting their needs.
When March 8th arrives, alongside this everyday appreciation, we add a simple but heartfelt gesture of gratitude.

For 5 years, we have kept the same tradition at iwis Oradea: every March 8th we come in early with flowers for our colleagues, making sure each of them knows how appreciated she is.

We celebrate the fact that over 56% of our team is represented by women — colleagues who contribute every day to who we are as a team.

On March 1st, in Romania we celebrate Mărțișor – a symbol of new beginnings and the arrival of spring.

As we light this small handmade candle (thank you, Anuța Nasta Labau – our dear colleague), we’re reminded how our team’s perseverance, ambition, patience, and curiosity brighten every challenge and spark new growth.

A new chapter begins

The first person I said hello to when returning to work in 2026 was Pap Ladislau, who announced that he had received his pension letter.
The new year therefore started with saying goodbye to the second person to retire from our iwis team in Oradea.

40 years and 4 months of work.
30 years as an electrician.
5 years and 4 months at iwis, in the tensioner assembly department.
1 hour and a half on the bus every day to travel to work.

These are some numbers about our colleague. But at iwis, our focus is not only on numbers — it’s on how we feel while reaching our targets and how we add value along the way.

At 61, Ladislau is looking forward to spending quality time with his three nieces, reading his favorite wellbeing books, and focusing on his family and friends.

We would like to thank him for being a strong link in the iwis chain, for his dedication, professionalism, and warm attitude, and we wish him all the best for the future.
