A&O (Ausnit, Olariu și Asociații), the first Romanian company that implemented a CEF - Transport project in Romania, was honoured to participate together with ESPORG at TEN-T Days 2018, Ljubljana Slovenia. A&O presented "Secure Truck Parking App", an innovative software resulted from the CEF project and had the pleasure to meet Violeta Bulc - European Commissioner for Transport and Mobility, Corina Crețu - European Commissioner for Regional Policy, Henrik Hololei - Director General at Directorate - General for Mobility and Transport - European Commission and Lucian Șova - Romanian Minister of Transport.

After implementing a CEF-Transport project with the support of the Connecting Europe Facility Programme and the Romanian Transport Ministry, A&O Company launches a set of policy recommendations that serves as a basis for European and Romanian decision makers in order to support the joint objective of the European Union and the Romanian Transport Master Plan to establish safe and secure parking areas every 100 kilometres along motorways and national roads.

Meet Secure Truck Parking App. It collects accurate and reliable data on inter alia parking places availability, traffic conditions or infrastructure shortages through the sensors, cameras and monitoring devices that are installed in the safe and secure parking areas. The software is prepared to retrieve information from the Romanian access point for truck parking data that the Romanian government is currently setting up. All data is processed in a standardised software format (DATEX II), in accordance with the Delegated Regulation 885/2013.

FIRST LEVEL 4 SAFE AND SECURE PARKING AREA IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE
Ausnit Olariu si Asociatii SRL (A&O) and the European Secure Parking Organisation (ESPORG) are pleased to inform you about the official opening of the first Level 4 safe and secure parking area in Central and Eastern Europe.
At Lugoj in western Romania, four high safe and secure parking areas were developed by the Romanian company A&O with the support of the European Union’s Connecting Europe Facility Programme. They offer 180 parking places to trucks on the Orient-East Med Corridor of the European Union with state-of-the-art booking and payment facilities.
The parking areas were all certified by DEKRA as an independent third-party audit body on 24 January 2018. Thus, they demonstrably offer a very high standard in terms of security and services for truck drivers and transport companies.
Daniel Olariu, the Managing Director of A&O expresses his satisfaction about the opening the first level-four safe and secure parking area in the region. “Thanks to our efforts since 2015 and the financial support from the European Union we are offering the high level of security, comfort and connectivity that we have been aiming for.”
Dirk Penasse, the General Manager of ESPORG emphasizes: “We strongly welcome the opening of the first level-four parking area in the new EU Member States. This project is an inspiring good practice showing that innovative private investors are able and willing to successfully develop safe, secure and connected parking areas”.

We are proud to announce that the four A&O truck parking areas received the four locks of security certificate awarded by ESPORG VzW. Our truck parking areas located near Lugoj - Romania met all safety and services standards during a DEKRA audit.
The DEKRA expert inspected items such as fencing, security devices, lighting, entrances and exits both for vehicles and people, monitoring systems, training and equipping of the personnel, data recording and data processing as well as emergency plans and measures as appropriate. After a successful audit, the four A&O truck parking areas received ESPORG certification, which certifies it officially as complying with the corresponding standard.

Recepția lucrărilor la parcarea securizată A&O de pe centura Lugojului a avut loc miercuri, 29 noiembrie 2017, cu începere de la ora 13. Lucrările de construcție pentru obiectivul ”Parcare securizată de camioane de patru lacăte” situată pe centura ocolitoare a municipiului Lugoj fac parte din proiectul 2015 RO TM 0137 M, cofinanțat de Uniunea Europeană, prin Mecanismul de Interconectare a Europei.

“Această parcare înseamnă o securizare a traficului, o eliminare de la marginea drumului a camioanelor, care sunt generatoare, în timpul nopții și ceții de accidente rutiere. De asemenea, se pot elimina foarte multe reclamații și sesizări ai participanților la trafic de furturi, de distrugeri, care nu sunt controlabile, pentru că pe rețeaua drumurilor publice nu există o pază pe întreg parcursul și derularea unui transport rutier”, a declarat reprezentantul DRDP, Horațiu Simion.

Banatul se poate mândri de acum cu o parcare pentru camioane, sigură și modernizată, prima de genul acesta din Europa.

Miercuri 29 noiembrie la Lugoj a avut loc ceremonie de incheiere a proiectului „Realizare si Conectare la Sistemul Inteligent de Transport de Parcari Sigure si Securizate in Romania, de-a lungul retelei de drumuri TEN – T -2015-RO-TM-0137-M”, finantat prin Programul European Mecanismul pentru Interconectarea Europei (Connecting Europe Facility – CEF).
