ZODIAC'S 3" OPEN BELT DRIVE SYSTEM
A very complete 3" wide primary belt drive kit that contains the belt, complete clutch, front and rear pulley, belt side guard, starter pinion housing, starter pinion gear and aluminum motorplates in chrome or polished finish, There are many 3" belt drive kits on the market, some even as complete as these, but none of them are so much value for so little money. For those that want to have it all an optional outboard bearing support kit can be ordered separately. But that's not all. Another option is the Auto Clutch, a semi-automatic clutch set up. When you install this Auto Clutch you can just put the bike into gear, pull your brake and let your clutch go. Then you can even release the front brake lever, but at idle your bike still won't move. As soon as you rev the engine your clutch will engage and the bike will start rolling. When you hit the brake in heavy traffic you can just leave the bike in gear without disengaging the clutch. Just open the throttle and ride away again.

Sputhe engineering has been manufacturing aluminum cylinders with cast in liners for Harley-Davidson since 1977, far longer than Harley-Davidson themselves. Their Nitralloy big bore cylinder assemblies for Big Twin, Evolution engines are thoroughly tested and manufactured from the best materials available to the most exacting standards in the industry. Nitralloy cylinders are cast in 383 aluminum, which has a tensile strength of 45.000 p.s.i.The aluminum is injected into a steel die at over 5.000 p.s.i., assuring perfect bond to the Lascomite sleeve. Lascomite is a "class 40" high tensile chrome-moly alloy having a high molecular pearlite structure. It is centrifugally spun cast and heat treated to a hardness of 200 Brinell. Not only is Lascomite harder than the cast iron that Harley-Davidson and the other aftermarket cylinder manufacturers use, it is much tougher and less brittle.The Lascomite sleeve in the Nitralloy cylinder is 60% thicker than the sleeve in the stock Evolution cylinder for increased rigidity. Nitralloy cylinders are stock height so that the cylinder studs, pushrods, exhaust pipes, manifold and motor mounts do not need to be modified. Heads and cylinders can be removed with the engine in the frame. The pistons are machined from zero silicon, high nickel T7
stabilized aluminium forgings. The cam and barrel taper skirt configu-rations were developed by computer thermal Expansion Modeling. Long full width skirts provide maximum stability for a superior ring seal. Both dished and flat crown pistons are available. Nitralloy piston pins are machined from solid billet E52100 bearing steel with a tensile strength of 300.000 psi. The Big Twin 104 cubic inch kit uses 4 5/8" stroke flywheels. We recommend ZPN 232719 flywheel set, which is manufactured by S&S and has a 1/4" smaller diameter flywheels for maximum piston skirt clearance.
Note: When kits are installed following (in kit enclosed) installation instructions, the dish top piston will give a compression ratio of approximately 8.5:1. Flat top piston will give approximately 9.8:1.

Need to replace a worn out Evolution Big Twin engine without breaking the bank? Or want to tear up the asphalt with a Dyno proven high performance engine? Look no further as Zodiac offers the widest range of reliable S&S engines, ranging from 80CI (1,340cc) thru an impressive 124CI (2,035cc). S&S has made the best combinations of bore, stroke, compression ratio, camshafts and so on and backs this up with a warranty of up to 3 years. These engines are nearly stock height, making them easy to fit in stock and stock style frames for 1984-1999 Evolution engines. All engines supplied with a Super E carburetor, Super G carburetor or with fuel injection come complete with an S&S teardrop style air cleaner. Carbureted engines also include an ignition as indicated. Engines do not include an alternator stator and rotor, install with stock or aftermarket alternator. All engines come assembled by S&S technicians and, except for the V80 engines without carburetor and ignition, including engine oil, oil filter and S&S workshop manual.

Full programmable plug-in replacement for the Delphi controller as used on 2001 to present Twin Cam models. This robust alpha-N (Throttle position and RPM based) fuel control eliminates problems with long duration/high overlap camshafts. The TwinTec TCFI kit includes a wide-band exhaust gas oxygen (WEGO) sensor interface that allows auto-tuning during actual on-road riding condition. The user simply programs a table with the desired air/fuel ratio's, and the system than does the rest. The TCFI has the same ignition control as TwinTec's TC88 ignition control module, providing fully programmable advance curves. Idle air control including idle RPM and cold start characteristics are also fully programmable. This facilitates the use of throttle bodies modified for higher airflow. These Generation IV controllers give full support for the J1850 data bus or CAN bus (used for communications with the turn signal/security module and instrument cluster as used on 2004 and later models). TwinTec recommends this controller for 95CI (1550cc) and larger engines that are expected to produce over 100HP. Black anodized aluminum housing. S&S SINGLE BORE TUNED INDUCTION SYSTEM
The S&S single bore tuned induction system is cool looking and delivers a healthy boost in midrange torque. Peak horsepower is also increased. The tuned runner system makes even more horsepower than an S&S teardrop air cleaner. Performance increases are across the board for stock and big inch engines alike. The heart of the single bore tuned induction system is the dual runner, two-into-one intake. The tuned runners are very similar in appearance to the dual runner intake for our dual bore induction system, but the design allows for more flexibility. Instead of bolting directly to a throttle body, the runners of the single bore induction join together in a smooth, flow enhancing curve and the unit bolts to an adapter bracket. A variety of adapter brackets make it compatible with lot of different engine styles. The Single Bore Tuned Induction System is available in chrome, wrinkle black powder coat, or natural finish for customers who want to apply their own cosmetic treatment. Kits for 2008 to present Touring models are designed to bolt directly to the ETC throttle body without an adapater bracket and include a black cover to hide the throttle body from view. S&S SUPER-E AND SUPER-G CARBURETOR KITS
The next generation 1 7/8" throat "Super E" and 2 1/16" throat "Super G" High Performance carburetors from S&S.These carburetors are easy to install and easy to maintain with fully adjustable idle and mid-range and high speed jets. Other features are; repositioned idle mixture screw for easy access even on 5 gallon tanks, adjustable volume accelerator pump, redesigned and relocated enrichener, variable position lever attached to air cleaner back plate, 360 bowl fuel fitting, easier and more direct fuel line routing, and come with a redesigned teardrop air cleaner to increases air flow by over 14%. No more rider legroom problems as the Super E and G bodies are approximately 1 7/16" shorter than previous S&S models.This makes the overall installation length the same as stock. Kit comes complete with polished aluminum teardrop air cleaner, fuel line, clamps, extra main jets, machined intake manifold, bracket, and complete instructions. All models are designed to work with single-pull or throttle and idle cable linkage. Carburetors are available for Big Twin models 1966 to present as well as Evolution Sportster models. Also available for most applications in a TÜV approved version. The latest version of these S&S carburetors for 1990 to present models can be installed with stock or stock style throttle and idle cables. When you have an older version (carburetors with a serial number starting with "A") you can upgrade your carburetor with the same cable bracket (ZPN750036) and also use the stock or stock style cables for these models.
