Buying a Moto Guzzi, parking it behind a friend's house, and forgetting about it for two years. Just garage things.
She spent years sitting idle with the previous owner, and another two years gathering dust in my "temporary" parking spot. Safe to say, she’d developed her own little ecosystem under that cover, complete with layers of historic dust and ancient, sticky oil caked onto every single surface.
There’s something incredibly satisfying about blasting away years of grime just to see what I am actually working with.
Truth is, I won't be rushing into this. My time is limited, I just moved, and I don't even have a proper garage yet, so for now, it's all about improvised setups and working on her whenever I can find a spare hour.
Until I find a new official headquarters, let the backyard improvisation begin!
