S.C. Hellenic Ship's Repairs Ltd is a company with 100% Romanian capital with experience in shipping, ship repair, power plant construction work and power plant repairs and supply spare parts. Daniel CAPUSAN Manager has 23 years’ experience in shipping, naval engineering and ship repair. Using this extensive experience and combining that Romanian engineers
and technicians are recognized worldwide in the shipping industry as well trained, experienced in construction and repair of various type of vessels, power plant and equipment, we understood that we must make these groups of companies, this can offer highly qualified services at a reasonable price, having one of the best price- quality report from Romania and area. Also, our teams perform repairs and service at power plants from Africa and Italy, being for Wärtsilä and Rolls Royce /Bergen powered power plants in Sudan, Kenta, Cameroun. At this moment we are extending this collaboration for other countries. Last major jobs done in power plant sector, was under Danish company named BWSC, where ours 12 service engineers participate in replacement of cylinder frame/block of MAN 18 V 46/60 in Pacora power plant in Panama. Hellenic Ship's Repairs Ltd provides services overhauling, maintenance, repair and main engines, diesel generators of any model, manufacturer and year of manufacture, including MAN B & Wain, Pielstik, MTU, Yanmar, Daihatsu, Wärtsilä & Sulzer , Fiat GM, Paxman, MTU, ABC, SLK , MB etc. Also we provide technical assistance, maintenance & operation of power plants, engines and spare parts. We provide technical assistance, maintenance & operation of power plants, for PLC & Automation, for all entire electrical system, etc. Our companies also perform ship's repairs works with our flying repair teams on board of operating vessels, on site in any part of the World for diesel , HFO and gas power plants, but also in ours 2 workshops located in the Constanta Harbor:
Ours main activities as follow:
1. Repairs on main engines and diesel generators, power plant engines 2 stroke and 3 stroke , diesel and gas ,alternators/generators , of any model, manufacturer and year of manufacturing;
2. Repairs in pipes, oil pipes lines and plumbing: welding, piping and fitting of pipes of any diameter, any material like steel, stainless steel, aluminum, various alloys flanges of any diameter, with certified and IACS class approved welders, assembly fitters and pipe fitters;
3. Repairs and building of oil tanks of any size and tickness of the material;
4. Repairs and building of refinery equipment;
5. Repairs on all equipment’s inside the engine room or power plants, like: auxiliary, cargo pumps any maker and model, cooling pumps & coolers, tower coolers, L/oil pump, fire pumps, air compressors, fridge compressors, emergency or auxiliary engines, frigorific assembly and other equipment’s;
6. Repairs on all deck equipment: capstan, load /cargo cranes-derricks and cranes, winches, auxiliary cranes and any other type of naval deck equipment’s & machineries;
7. Repairs on ship hull: welding and ship fitting, change of metal sheet, body profiles, work on d/bottom -inferior and top side’s tanks, with certified and IACS class approved welders and steel fitters.
