According to Romanian Government Decision HG 795/2025, citizens from the following countries can now ride in Romania without needing an International Driving Permit (IDP) — using only their national driving license:

🇺🇸 USA
🇨🇦 Canada
🇦🇺 Australia
🇳🇿 New Zealand
🇨🇱 Chile

How long is it valid? ⏱️
• USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: up to 6 months from entry into Romania
• Chile: up to 3 months
