Un sistem de evacuare corect făcut. Custom works de la cap la coada. Full inox. Tobe finale silențioase (nu sunt straight through!). Sudura TIG. Supapa acționata cu vacuum, pt cine dorește sunet racing pur. Sau liniște totala, your call :). Toată lucrarea a durat 2 zile, câte 5 ore pe zi, doi oameni. So. Am zis ca dacă tot știm sa construim mașini de curse, motociclete și in general cam orice este făcut din diverse metale, sa ne jucam puțin și sa confecționam și niște porți pietonale, niște porți de garaj, etc. Și joaca ne-a ieșit atât de bine ca ne-am hotărât sa facem o linie de business noua, ca să producem diverse repere din metal. Proiectarea este făcută Acad, debitare cu precizie de zecimi de mm, sudura TIG, tratamente și vopsitorii electrostatice. Și la noi ușile ies drepte, nu sunt torsionate "ca a tras la sudura, șefu, e normal!". Nu, nu e normal, dacă știi ce faci :). Și unghiurile drepte chiar au 90 de grade, nu "e aproape bine, merge, e gard, nu îl măsoară nimeni!. Asa ca dacă aveți de făcut vreo lucrare din metal care sa necesite calitate, aici suntem! (și pe tel ne putem auzi, nu doar aici - 0722221166). Stay tuned pt rezultatul final, ca o sa merite! O poarta de fier cu aluminiu nu prea s-au văzut multe, cred :))

Full skid plates set for VW Amarok. Front, transfer case and gas deposit protection. Duraluminum 6 mm, ACAD engineering, laser cut, CNC bending, TIG welds. It comes at a cost, but the quality it's top notch :)

A friend called me. "Bro, do you know someone who can upholster the dashboard of my brand new EV JCW Mini Cooper?". "Bro, you don't need just someone who can customize it. You need full service, including desmount, shipping, leather election, mounting back. And this is what we do, remember? Custom works :)"
3 days later. Job is done. And my friend is so happy, replacing the OEM fabric cover with proper Alcantara leather.

Fabricating doors for a "custom racer car", based on a Nissan Patrol Y60. Bmw M57 engine, matted to a BMW 6 speed manual trans, Nissan transfer case. All fiber glass body parts (except roof, for safety reasons). This kind of doors I had it on my last competition car and worth every penny :). Inner doors made of carbon Kevlar composite, exterior doors reinforced with aluminum sheet.

After fabricating a canvas soft top for my truck, I realized that it's pretty difficult to ride the car without any roof, aka convertible... Because of the sun, of course :). So, I fabricated a bikini top as well. UV certified fabric, strong as hell. I'm happy with the end result :).
