How to diagnose malfunction of engine oil pressure sender of 30 kva perkins generator.

1 start and check from control module variations of the oil pressure.

2 install the mechanical dial pressure testing guage to the lubricant system near to the pressure sender.

3 start the generator and check both mechanical and module seen pressure.

4 confirm actual pressure from the mechanical guage.

5. If pressure variation is out of range on module. Install the new pressure sender and confirm from the dial guage.
