Admin/Accounts Assistant
Accounts Responsibilities:
-Enter and code financial transactions appropriately
-Process payments as well as documents like invoices
-Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings
-Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or
goods sold
-Make and track payments
-Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
-Make bank deposits and keep up records
-Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
-Validate invoices against items or services received
-Check all financial transactions for accuracy
-Key data into company accounting system
-Disburse funds as needed
-Process monthly payroll of all the employees
-Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and
journals.
Admin Responsibilities:
-Provide support and assistance on all Fleet Services by effectively communicating.
-Implementing and administering Fleet programs, practices and operations. Maintain all supporting databases and information necessary to monitor, analyze, and report Fleet expenses and activities.
-Review and process fleet-related invoices.
-Provide Administrative support to in terms of purchases, maintaining Employees and Vehicle records ..
The Admin/ Accounts assistant assists and supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Drbak Vehicle Program within company guidelines and fiscal budgets.
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of payroll processing and general admin. experience.
Degree in fiance preferred.
Must be detail oriented.
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent PC and MS office skills
This position is only open for the candidates holding Qatar ID (Residence Permit) and they are able to transfer their sponsorship as per new Qatar Labour Law.
Kindly note: This is a Junior Level Job, Salary QR. 3,000 per month. (incl of all allowances and benefits)
