The third time’s definitely the charm!
Not long ago, I wrote about a Bentley Bentayga I spotted in Tokyo and how I still hadn’t seen one with the legendary W12 engine in person. Well… that changed in the best possible way!
After a long 5-hour trip, my girlfriend and I had just arrived at our hotel. While heading to the entrance, I casually turned my head — and there it was. A stunning Bentley Bentayga, just sitting there in full glory.
Unlike the two previous ones I’d seen, both finished in Beluga (Bentley’s solid black), this one stood out with its elegant two-tone finish. But what really sets it apart? The mighty W12 under the hood — a true behemoth of British engineering.
As I admired the car and tried to snap a few respectful photos, the owner showed up. I always get a little nervous in those situations, unsure of how people might feel about carspotting. Thankfully, this encounter was the best kind — he was friendly, open, and we had a short but great conversation that completely made my day.
I’ve just arrived, but I’m already eager to get home and go through the photos to write more about this fantastic moment.
Huge thanks to .r!
