Racingsm Portugal RacingSM are 2 brothers from Portugal sharing their 2-Stroke projects and 2-Stroke passion. We are 2 portuguese brothers who share the passion for 2-Strokes.

We also restore / rebuild classic exquisite Old-School 2-Strokes to sell, keep in touch for news. Our objectives are having fun riding 2-Stroke motorcycles and also create special 2-Stroke prototype/projects. We began the 2-Stroke odissey in 1997 when we met the legendary portuguese 2-Stroke tuner Luís Fonseca ( LuFo ) who taught us a lot about these marvellous engines in the past 23 years. Our dr

eam was to possess 500 4-cylinder 2-Strokes and also GP 250 bike. We still have some out-of-the-box 2-Stroke projects in mind, using exquisite and rare engines, so like our page to join this 2-Stroke path with us.

RACINGSM SOFTWARE – 2-Stroke Exhaust System Designer - UPDATE

The 2-Stroke Exhaust System Designer module is 1 of the 27 modules that has been continuously used since 2015 by +500 users worldwide for the development of high-performance racing exhaust systems.
This latest update introduces enhanced geometric control and manufacturing output capabilities.

🔥New features:

* Segmentation control: up to 50 regular-length sections
* Independent Entry and Exit angle definition per segment for complex routing geometries
* Real-time 3D visualization with orbital Zoom/Pan navigation
* Accurate 2D frustum development for fabrication layout
* Native DXF (AutoCAD 2000) export file for CNC laser cutting workflows

This update improves both design precision and manufacturing readiness, bridging the gap between concept and production.

Já se passaram mais de 11 anos desde que partiste, mas o legado do grande Luís Fonseca ( LUFO ) perdurará para sempre.

Conhecemos o LUFO há 25 anos atrás.

Obra de casualidade ou destino, mas foi no balcão de um Stand de Motas na Margem Sul do Tejo que um cliente falou de um " MAGO das 2T em Sintra que fazia o impossível ", decidimos arriscar ir conhece-lo para preparar a nossa Honda CRM 50, a primeira impressão que causou foi que seria um lunático e a sua oficina não inspirava confiança, mas os resultados práticos e a sua maneira de ser falaram por si.

Um génio sem igual, um poço de sabedoria 2T, um grande ser humano, o nosso mestre que nos conduziu a nós e a tantos outros portugueses para esta paixão pelos fantásticos motores 2T e suas transformações.

We've met LUFO 25 years ago.

Due to causality or fate, but it was on a Bikeshop in Lisbon South Bay that a client talked about a " 2-Stroke MAGE that does the impossible ", we've decided to risk going to meet him to tune our Honda CRM 50, the first impression was that he was a lunatic and that his workshop didn't inspire confidence, but his pratical results and his being talked by himself.

A genius with no equal, a 2-Stroke knowledge pit, a great human being, our master which led us and so many other portuguese tuners to this passion about these fantastic 2-Stroke engines and their transformations.
