Medição e Lixamento Técnico em 6 pontos!

Mas o que isso significa?

Realizamos a medição da espessura do verniz em 6 pontos diferentes, dentro de uma área máxima de 15 cm × 15 cm.

Por que fazemos isso?

Quando falamos em nivelamento profissional de superfície, essa técnica é fundamental para garantir um resultado uniforme e, principalmente, para preservar a maior quantidade possível de verniz original.

E por que utilizamos essa técnica no vídeo?

Para PROVAR, através da medição, que o processo de lixamento exigido pelo FUSION da SKYGLOSS remove uma quantidade mínima de verniz.

Já o polimento pode remover, em média, 10 a 15 micras — isso quando não ocorre uma queima do verniz.

Mas hoje a tecnologia permite ir além:

construir, preservar e proteger o verniz original, obtendo um acabamento de alto nível sem sacrificar desnecessariamente a camada de verniz da pintura.

But what does this mean?

We measure the thickness of the clear coat at 6 different points, within a maximum area of 15 cm × 15 cm.

Why do we do this?

When it comes to professional surface leveling, this technique is essential to ensure a uniform result and, most importantly, to preserve as much of the original clear coat as possible.

And why do we use this technique in the video?

To PROVE, through measurement, that the sanding process required by FUSION from SKYGLOSS removes only a minimal amount of clear coat.

By comparison, polishing can remove an average of 10 to 15 microns — assuming the clear coat is not burned during the process.
