Alright now this is the real first time welding picture
You can see the frame, the bead stacking up like a trail of bubble gum, and that proud moment where you stepped back and said yep that is not going anywhere. Not bad for my first time welding.
We have all been there. Too much heat, not enough heat, wire speed all over the place. Grind it down, try again, learn as you go. That is how real builders are made.
It might not win any beauty contests, but every clean build starts with welds that looked just like this.
