Cargo bicycle with electric support able to carry up to 300kg cargo.
Strong steel frame, aluminium cargo box with intuitive openig, 750W support motor with differential and plenty of cargo space.
In 2019, we designed and built a three-wheeled electric vehicle called C-TRIKE. You can also call it: Electric delivery bike or electric cargobike, electric tricycle.
In this project, ORCHID was responsible for:
- conceptual design and ergonomics of the driver,
- 3D design (frame, fixings, cargo container)
- 3D assembly project (assembly of the vehicle with all the components),
- making the vehicle frame and cargo container(welding, bending, galvanizing, painting)
- electric wiring harness,
- Li-ion battery and battery charging system,
- vehicle assembly and testing.
To make the story short we were responsible for whole project :D
