Today we're saying goodbye to 3ax central axle dumper trailer which we were producing for one of our Scandinavian customers.

- 9t axles from
- brakes and suspension from Wabco (EBS s2/2m) with Smartboard
- our own steel, fixed drawbar
- electric installation and lights from Strands
- 22,5 wheels
- Nummi underbody cylinder
- equipped in steel plate for electric vi****or under the floor.. and last but not least!
sumper body made of , what makes a box durable, yet light!

As process influences the durability of product, the proper gives the final, esthetic touch, and of course protects the surface against harsh nordic weather conditions. That's why we always use base coat, and prime coat in the end.

of products like or with box requires specialised welding skills: the welds need to be long and streight, it's very precision work for skilled welders.
As product is big enough, 2 welders can work at the very same time, at 2 different sides of product. Yet, it's still very time consuming work.
Guess, how many working hours it takes to have the fully welded??

Today we'll show you a few shots from trailer (by some called also a ) production.
This type of is extremely popular for soil and gravel transportation, you'll meet it probable on each construction site.
Yet being relatively simple product in production, it requires hard and precise work of welders. In our case is at least 2man job, skilled in long and straight line .
