The Mercedes 350 CDI is already a strong and capable platform from the factory, but with the right hardware and calibration, it can deliver an entirely new level of performance.

Using our OM642 ball bearing Turbo Upgrade:

and running a great tune from NRP-Performance, this project achieved an impressive 329 HP and 727 Nm of torque.

In addition to the custom ECU calibration, the vehicle was equipped with:

- Big custom intercooler,
- DPF delete.

The result is a significantly more responsive and powerful OM642 setup, with improved spool characteristics thanks to the ball bearing hybrid turbo.

The B47 platform can still produce great results for improved everyday performance. Here’s another project that deserves a mention.

Using our B47D20 2.0D Hybrid Turbo Upgrade 260HP variant:

and a custom ECU&TCU calibration from NRP-Performance, this setup achieved 245HP and 519Nm of torque.

The car was also equipped with custom downpipe.

The result is a noticeably more responsive and powerful B47 setup, with improved drivability and stronger performance throughout the rev range.
