Wreszcie produkujemy błotniki tylne, okrągłe do Citroena HY. 🦾

We have officially started manufacturing rounded rear wings for the Citroën HY, including both the standard 6-rib version and the earlier, much rarer 5-rib version.

In this video, we also explain one of the most interesting design features of the original Citroën HY. Many people don't realize that the right rear wheel is factory-offset by 35 mm compared to the left. To compensate for this, Citroën designed the left and right rear wings differently, shifting the pressed ribs so that each wheel remains perfectly centred within its wheel arch. It's not a manufacturing mistake—it's an original engineering solution used by Citroën.

The 5-rib wings shown in this video were produced especially for a customer who couldn't find them anywhere else. We're proud to be able to reproduce these rare panels with the correct original details.

Whether you need the early 5-rib version or the later 6-rib version, we manufacture both left and right rear wings to match the original factory design.

Silnik z VW Passata jest już zamontowany w karoserii Citroena HY. Na razie to tylko przymiarki, a silnik został uruchomiony testowo, ale jesteśmy coraz bliżej zakończenia prac.

The VW Passat engine has now been fitted into the Citroen HY body. At this stage, it is still a trial installation and the engine has only been started for testing purposes, but we are getting closer to completing the project.

Rama Citroena HY z zamontowanym silnikiem 1,8 turbo z automatyczną skrzynią biegów z VW passat B5. Brakuje już tylko półosi i hamulców tarczowych. Ate to już w kolejnym filmie 😉

The Citroën HY chassis is now equipped with a 1.8T engine mated to an automatic transmission from a VW Passat B5. The only remaining mechanical components to install are the driveshafts and the disc brake assemblies. We’ll show that in the next video😉

Nasz Citroen HY nabiera kształtów z dnia na dzień! 🤩
Po ostatniej prezentacji sporo się zmieniło – pojawiły się kolejne elementy jego „ciała”, a przede wszystkim długo wyczekiwany nos.

Teraz coraz łatwiej dostrzec charakterystyczną sylwetkę tego kultowego auta. Każda nowa część przybliża nas do momentu, gdy HY odzyska swój niepowtarzalny wygląd i będzie gotowy do kolejnego rozdziału swojej historii.

Przed nami montaż kolejnych elementów i wiele detali, które nadadzą mu ostateczny charakter. Śledźcie nasze postępy, bo już wkrótce pokażemy Wam następne etapy pracy.

Our Citroën HY is taking shape day by day! 🤩

Since our last update, a lot has changed – more “body” elements have been added, most importantly the long-awaited front nose.

The vehicle’s iconic silhouette is now becoming easier and easier to recognise. Each new component brings us closer to the moment when the HY will regain its unique look and be ready for the next chapter of its story.

Ahead of us is the installation of further elements and many finishing details that will give it its final character. Follow our progress – we’ll be sharing the next stages of the work very soon.
