From a single-sided exhaust to a full dual setup. 🔥

We built a custom exhaust system for this BMW E61 4.4 V8, replacing the small factory tips and single-sided layout with a dual exhaust featuring 80 mm tips.

We also installed an active exhaust valve, giving the owner two completely different sounds at the push of a button — full straight-through flow when you want to hear the V8, or a quieter setup routed through two mufflers for everyday driving.

And it’s not just about sound. We added custom heat protection in areas where excessive heat can damage nearby components, such as the CV axle boots, helping reduce heat exposure and extend their service life.
